INVITING YOUR SUPPORT STAFF TO NIC
As an Agent, you have the ability to invite your support or admin staff to view your book of business.

Under Settings, Share Access Tab, click on Enable editing checkbox

In the System Authorization pop-up window, enter your password and click the Unlock button

Enter the code you have received via text message and click the Unlock button

Under Grant Account Access section, enter your Support person's:

Email
-
First Name
-
Last Name
-
-
Set a Security Question

Enter the answer to the security question NOTE: you will have to share this answer with the person you are inviting.

Click on the Link Admin button
Your support/admin will receive an invite email from NIC, stating that you are inviting them to NIC to view your book of business.
All they have to do is click on the Join Now button and answer your Security Question.
NOTE: If the staff member already has access to NIC all they have to do is log into the NIC Advisor App. They will be prompted with the security question.
MANAGING YOUR SUPPORT STAFF ACCESS
If any of your staff members leave or you need to suspend their access, you can do that through the Shared Access tab.

Under Account Users section, find the person's name and click on the Actions icon

From the Actions drop-down click on Revoke Access

Confirm Revoke Access by clicking on the Revoke button on the Revoke Access pop-up window

The access is removed
