GENERAL SETTINGS TAB
The General Settings tab contains all your general profile information. It enables you to upload and make any changes to your Profile and Security & Login information:

Upload or change your Profile picture
-
Upload or change your Logo
-
Update your password, and
-
Update your Authentication Number

UPLOADING YOUR PROFILE PICTURE
To upload your profile picture:
-
Under Profile section, click on the Browse button

From the Upload Photo pop-up window, click on the Upload button
-
Select your picture
-
Adjust your picture to fit the frame by using the magnifying bar at the bottom of the picture

Click on Done


UPLOADING YOUR AGENCY LOGO

To upload your Agency Logo:
-
Under Profile section, click on the Browse button
-
From the Upload Photo pop-up window, click on the Upload button
-
Select your logo
-
Adjust your logo to fit the frame by using the magnifying bar at the bottom of the picture

Click on Done

CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD
To change your password you will have to Authenticate yourself first:​

Under Security & Login Information section, click on the Edit button
-
In the System Authorization pop-up window, enter your current password
-
Click on the Unlock button
-
Enter the Authentication code that you have received via text message NOTE: code is valid for one minute
-
Click on the Unlock button
After your authentication is complete a page will appear where you can create your new password

Enter your current Password NOTE: You can click on the show icon to see the password as you are typing

Enter your new Password
-
Click on Save




CHANGING YOUR AUTHENTICATION NUMBER
if you receive a new cell phone number, and would like to use that number for authentication purposes, you can change it by changing your authentication number.

Before you can change your authentication number you will have to Authenticate yourself first: NOTE: make sure you still have access to your old/current cell phone number as you will receive a code via text message.

Under Security & Login section, click on Edit button

In the System Authorization pop-up window, enter your current password
-
Click on the Unlock button
-
Enter the Authentication code that you have received via text message (NOTE: code is valid for one minute)
Click on the Unlock button
After your authentication is complete a page will appear where you can enter your new number.

Enter your new Phone Number (NOTE: this new number will replace your existing number)
-
Click on the Update button
